Abstract
将速溶稠化剂加入到油相中,用油相悬浮分散稠化剂,形成悬浮酸稠化剂,遇水后利用油相在水相中自然展开,把稠化剂均匀分散在水中.用有机膨润土和乙醇增加油相粘度,硅藻土、粉煤灰与聚丙酰胺改性物颗粒极配,乳化剂提高浆体稳定性,解决了悬浮酸稠化剂溶解慢、易结团、需提前配制的问题.优选的悬浮酸稠化剂基本配方:70 g26号白油+3 g有机膨润土+0.2 g乙醇+50 g稠化剂2号样+4 g硅藻土+4 g粉煤灰+1.4%OP-10.配制的悬浮酸稠化剂酸化体系能明显降低与岩石反应速率,与常规酸化体系相比,50,70,90℃的动态反应速率降低13倍以上,90℃下腐蚀速率降低50%以上,提高储层岩心渗透率5倍.酸化体系抗温抗剪切效果良好,在90℃下170s-i剪切2 h后,粘度仍保持在310 mPa·s.0.03%破胶剂加量下,酸液2 h后粘度降至5 mPa·s.特别适合储层进行酸化改造.
