超高压辅助提取沙棘籽油的工艺优化

Abstract
为提高沙棘籽油得率,以沙棘籽为原料,研究了超高压辅助提取沙棘籽油的工艺.通过单因素实验考察了溶剂类型、超高压压力、保压时间、料液比对沙棘籽油得率的影响,在此基础上采用Box-Behnken响应面法对影响沙棘籽油得率的主要因素进行优化.结果 表明:超高压辅助提取沙棘籽油最优工艺条件为以石油醚为溶剂、超高压压力458 MPa、保压时间6.2 main、料液比1∶37,在此条件下沙棘籽油得率为15.68％.
