永州丹参中丹参酮ⅡA含量测定及提取工艺优化

Abstract

用乙醇回流提取法以丹参中丹参酮ⅡA含量为指标优化提取工艺.在单因素实验的基础上,对温度、料液比、浸泡时间、回流时间4个因素按照L9(34)正交表进行正交试验.再将所得供试品用高效液相色谱进行测定.研究发现,丹参中丹参酮ⅡA的最佳提取条件为温度70℃、料液比1∶8、浸泡时间0.5h、回流时间2h,且根据峰面积得出丹参酮ⅢA含量2.010 mg/g.结果表明,高效液相色谱是测定丹参中丹参酮ⅡA含量科学、简洁、准确、有效的检测方法.
