促进剂DPG对两种端基官能化SSBR性能的影响

Abstract
对微观结构与数均分子量相仿的端胺基(SSBR-A)和非端胺基(SSBR-B)官能化溶聚丁苯橡胶进行不同混炼配方下的性能对比测试.结果表明,混炼阶段加入促进剂DPG可以改善SSBR-B混炼胶的加工性能、Panye效应,提高硫化胶的力学性能与抗湿滑性能,降低硫化胶滚动阻力;混炼阶段加入促进剂DPG可以改善SSBR-A混炼胶的加工性能,但是混炼胶的panye效应增加,同时硫化胶的力学性能、滚动阻力与抗湿滑性能劣化;混炼阶段不加入DPG的SSBR-A样品的性能与SSBR-B相当.
