重金属污染问题是我国重要的粮食安全问题.开展重金属污染监测研究是粮食污染防控和治理的基础,本文结合国内外研究文献,借鉴环境中重金属污染分析特点,总结了重金属污染的研究方法与研究重点,包括重金属污染采样方案、评价指标、污染源分析,迁移规律、污染风险地图,并就我国粮食中重金属污染监测研究趋势做了展望.
