Abstract

建立了一种高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定洗涤用品中2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮的分析方法.在多反应监测(MRM)模式下定性,外标法定量.结果表明,在0～1000μg/L浓度范围内,2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮含量的响应值与其对应浓度呈线性关系,其相关系数r为0.9998,方法检出限为0.01 mg/Kg,加标回收率为92.2％～102.8％之间,相对标准偏差为0.71％～6.43％.
