Abstract
目的 采用超声法提取藤黄中藤黄酸的提取工艺条件.方法 采用紫外分光光度法测定藤黄酸含量,以超声温度、超声时间、超声功率为考察因素优选提取工艺条件.结果 最佳超声提取工艺条件为3倍量乙酸乙酯在70℃温度下,超声功率300 W提取1h.结论 优化后的提取工艺合理、可行.
