Abstract
乳酸菌(Lactic acid bacteria)为芽孢杆菌纲(Bacilli)乳杆菌目(Lacto bacillales)乳杆菌科(Lactob acillaceae)乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)的一种异养厌氧型细菌,能发酵大部分碳水化合物并产生乳酸.本文就乳酸菌的作用机理及其在水产养殖中的应用现状进行综述,以期为乳酸菌在水产养殖中的应用提供参考.
