表面增强拉曼散射(Surface enhanced Raman scattering,SERS)增强基底的性能决定着检测信号的灵敏性和稳定性.本文综述了 SERS基底的发展,并分类总结了模板法制备有序阵列基底的现状,对基底的制备方向和商业前景进行了展望.有序阵列结构基底的制备是SERS领域中的一个重要的研究课题,对SERS技术的发展和应用具有重要的意义.
