南酸枣叶总黄酮的纯化及其抗氧化活性研究

Abstract
通过静态吸附法考察了聚酰胺、大孔吸附树脂(HPD-100)、大孔吸附树脂(HP-20)对南酸枣叶总黄酮的吸附作用.结果 表明,聚酰胺的吸附及解析效果最优,其静态吸附量可达8.22 mg/g.聚酰胺对南酸枣叶黄酮的吸附率和解析率可达66.20%和86.23%,可用于南酸枣叶黄酮的富集纯化.经聚酰胺纯化后,南酸枣叶总黄酮含量从4.57%提高到32.5%.南酸枣叶纯化黄酮有较强的抗氧化活性,在一定范围内呈浓度依赖关系.在浓度为0.12 mg/mL时,对DPPH的清除能力达92.52%;浓度为0.6 mg/mL时,Fe3+还原力达94.23%.
