Abstract
以一次蒸馏后黄酒糟为原料,添加安琪多粮酒曲和增香酒曲进行二次固态发酵.实验结果表明,辅以安琪多粮酒曲进行固态发酵,能很好地对酒糟中淀粉进行利用,二次固态发酵所得糟烧白酒湿基出酒率达12.1%,干基出酒率达21.5%.
