Abstract
实验建立了一种LC-MS同时检测白酒中四种人工甜味剂的方法,白酒样品经蒸发去除乙醇,用超纯水定容,经0.22μm有机滤膜过滤,进质谱检测.采用Poroshell 120 EC-C18柱,以含0.1%甲酸水-甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在ESI负离子模式下,采用MRM模式进行检测分析.4种甜味剂均有较好的线性关系,线性相关系数R2均大于0.999.检出限在0.2~2μg/L.加标回收率为87.0%~100.9%,该方法能够对白酒中四种人工甜味剂进行准确检测.
