含粗骨料补偿收缩UHPC的制备与性能研究

Abstract
通过掺加5~10 mm碎石和膨胀剂对河砂超高性能混凝土(UHPC)进行改性,旨在制备大流动性、高强度、低收缩的UHPC,应用于钢混组合梁桥墩顶负弯矩区桥面湿接缝中.结果表明:掺加碎石后,UHPC的流动性降低,抗压、抗弯拉强度、弯曲韧性和抗氯离子渗透性下降,弹性模量提高;掺加膨胀剂后,UHPC的流动性略降,抗压强度、弹性模量和抗氯离子渗透性增大,抗弯拉强度和弯曲韧性略降,二者均可显著减小UHPC的干缩.组合掺入碎石和膨胀剂对UHPC的力学性能降低程度不大,制备的含粗骨料补偿收缩UHPC扩展度为560 mm,28 d抗压、抗弯拉强度分别达140 MPa、23.6 MPa,90 d干缩率小于300×10-6,电通量小于100 C.
