Abstract
股骨干骨折不愈合在临床中的发生率很高,这与社会进步后高能量创伤(车祸、高处坠落等)造成的骨折复杂性有关,目前高能量机制造成的股骨干骨折不愈合有系统的梳理和研究较少,给骨科医师带来了很大的不便.本文对股骨干骨折不愈合的流行病学、病因学危险因素、分型、诊断、治疗进行综述,为临床提供参考.
