Abstract
水环境安全事关流域高质量发展大局.文章对山东省淮河流域水环境安全形势进行了系统分析,结果表明当前流域主要面临着水质达标率偏低、河流径污比高、面源污染贡献大、生态流量保障低等问题,水环境形势较为严峻.在此基础上提出该流域要严格实施纳污红线管理,加强南四湖流域水环境整治,不断提升流域水生态系统健康水平.
