微电解耦合非均相Fenton法处理印染废水膜浓缩液

Abstract
针对印染废水膜浓缩液含盐量高、可生化性差等特点,以铁碳陶粒为催化填料,耦合微电解和非均相Fenton工艺进行处理.中试运行结果表明,CODCr、苯胺、总磷、氨氮、总氮最高去除率分别达到87.8%、95.3%、90.6%、76.9%、72.8%,色度可降至15倍以下,出水满足《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287—2012)表2直接排放标准要求.该工艺运行效果稳定,直接运行费用约为4.99元/t.
