Abstract
为了快速降解秸秆,本试验从土壤中筛选出一株产纤维素酶的酵母菌,编号为J-3.通过形态学特征、生理生化特征及26S rDNA序列分析鉴定菌株J-3为胶红酵母菌(Rhodotorula mucilaginosa).经发酵条件优化产纤维素酶可以达到39.35U/mL,符合《农用微生物菌剂》GB20287-2006国家标准.为秸秆腐熟剂菌种群构建提供理论基础.
