湖北省健康企业建设对健康素养水平及影响分析

Abstract
为了解湖北省健康企业建设对健康素养影响情况,采取按员工数量分层随机抽样的方法,在108家"健康企业"试点单位选取2398人,采用Logistic回归模型分析健康素养影响因素.结果显示,108家健康企业试点单位人群健康素养水平为33.19％,高于2020年我国居民健康素养水平23.15％.健康企业建设对提升职业人群的健康素养具有积极作用.
