胶粉类型对橡胶沥青性能的影响分析

Abstract

为了给橡胶沥青的胶粉类型选取提供参考,对3种类型橡胶粉改性沥青的软化点、延度、针入度、弹性恢复、布氏黏度和SHRP指标进行了测试,分析了3种橡胶沥青性能随热存储时间的变化规律.采用荧光显微和电镜扫描对3种橡胶沥青的微观形貌进行了分析.结果表明:40目橡胶沥青的高温性能和疲劳性能最优,表面活化胶粉橡胶沥青的低温性能和弹性最优,热存储时脱硫橡胶沥青的性能稳定性最好,微观形貌表现出橡胶分散性最优.
