Abstract
为了保证LPG燃料罐罐体在低温高压环境下的稳定性和安全性,对LPG燃料罐用钢的化学成分进行设计并详细分析了母材组织特征和力学性能,重点研究了钢板焊接工艺和焊接接头的组织及性能.结果表明:LPG燃料罐钢板VL 4-4低温钢板冲击韧性优异,-60~-100℃低温冲击功>250 J,无塑性转变温度(NDTT)值≤-100℃,焊接接头强韧性良好,钢板综合性能优异,完全满足LPG燃料罐建造要求.
