黄精主要分布在中国南方,在中医临床中使用了数千年,具有补肾益精、滋阴润燥的功效.为了更好地认识和应用黄精,主要对黄精化学成分的研究进展进行综述.通过综述采用不同炮制方法后化学成分发生的改变,为不同产地黄精炮制和质量标准制订提供理论依据.
