Abstract
本文以奥氮平为先导物,合成7个奥氮平衍生物,该系列化合物结构经1H NMR、13C NMR、MS鉴定,并对奥氮平其及其衍生物进行药理活性筛选.研究结果表明,与奥氮平相比,个别奥氮平衍生物能够提高细胞的存活率,凋亡指数也有明显降低.
