Abstract
FPSO船火炬塔一般为大型桁架式结构,其吊装就位后,焊接固定过程中受到海面风力、浮吊和FPSO船体起伏、自身重力等外力的影响,根部全熔透焊道因应力集中产生裂纹.采用合适的返修工艺,可以提高类似在复杂受力状态下的高约束焊道裂纹返修成功率,提高施工质量、降低生产成本,避免严重质量问题发生.
