Abstract
通过考察分析硅烷改性聚醚(MS树脂)、催化剂、白炭黑和碳酸钙对低模量双组分MS密封胶性能的影响,优化了其基础配方.试验表明,以SAX510树脂、二月桂酸二丁基锡(D-80)、P150纳米碳酸钙复配1250目重钙(7:3),加入2％沉淀白炭黑,可制得低模量(0.29MPa)、高弹性恢复率(91％)、表干时间适中、触变性良好和挤出性优良的双组分MS密封胶,符合装配式建筑对密封胶的性能要求.
