Abstract
目的 评价3M PetrifilmTM肠杆菌科测试片在食品检测中的准确性和适用性.方法 以SN/T 2775—2011的要求为基础,采用3M PetrifilmTM肠杆菌科测试片法和参考方法GB 4789.41—2016进行实验评价,包括线性和准确度、包容性和排他性、耐变性、批间变异及协同实验.结果 测试片方法检测结果与国家标准方法检测结果比较无显著差异,耐变性和批间结果亦无显著差异.结论 3M PetrifilmTM肠杆菌科测试片能满足食品样品的检测要求,可以作为检测肠杆菌科细菌的一种有效检测方法.
