低共熔溶剂提取鲁西北无花果叶中黄酮组分的工艺研究

Abstract
利用氯化胆碱和丙三醇(物质的量比1:2)形成的低共熔溶剂做溶剂,提取无花果叶中的黄酮组分.用Al(NO3)3-NaNO2-NaOH显色法确定黄酮的含量.单因素试验研究发现,用该低共熔溶剂提取无花果叶黄酮的最佳条件为:在9 mL DES-30％H2 O中,加入0.75 g无花果叶干粉末,在60℃提取1.5 h,用吸光光度仪在510 nm测定黄酮的总含量,提取率为27.9 mg/g.
