Abstract
为保证丝锥沟槽特殊槽型的实现,研究了丝锥沟槽砂轮的外圆轮廓特征及一种实现特定砂轮轮廓的在线修整方法.将外圆轮廓为半圆的金刚石滚轮作为砂轮修整器,通过识别CAD设计的多圆弧轮廓曲线,保证修整器轮廓与目标轮廓最低点始终处于贴合相切位姿,对砂轮轨迹进行插补计算,最终实现了砂轮修整轨迹规划,并且实验证了这种方式的可行性.
