Abstract
钙钛矿太阳能电池由于光电转换率高、制备工艺简单等特点,近年来受到了人们的广泛欢迎.用于空穴传输层的PTAA与钙钛矿材料有着相匹配的能级,基于PTAA制备的钙钛矿电池一般都有较高的开路电压,但PTAA的导电性较差以及表面润湿性差的问题限制了其进一步发展.本文将F4-TCNQ掺杂剂引入到PTAA层来提高导电性,并在PTAA层与钙钛矿层之间引入PMMA界面层来提高润湿性,优化后沉积的钙钛矿薄膜表面致密均匀,缺陷态密度减小,光电转换效率可达到19.02%.
