Abstract
Rh母婴血型不合胎儿新生儿溶血病(hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn,HDFN)发生率仅次于ABO血型不合,尤其以RhD母婴血型不合导致的发病症状最为严重.目前最有效的预防方式是应用抗-D免疫球蛋白.本文主要讨论抗-D免疫球蛋白的作用机制,用药指征、剂量及预防效果,基因检测用于指导抗-D免疫球蛋白的应用.
