Abstract
以Cd(NO3)2·4H2O为镉源,Na2S2O3·5H2O为硫源,采用水热合成法成功制备出CdS亚微米球.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM),对得到的产物进行了表征,并利用紫外/可见(UV/Vis)分光光度计,对其光吸收性能进行了测试.结果表明,制备的亚微米球状CdS材料在可见光波段具有较好的光吸收性能.
