一株鸡源荚膜A型多杀性巴氏杆菌分离鉴定及耐药性分析

Abstract
从疑似禽霍乱病死鸡中分离一株细菌,采用16SrRNA方法鉴定为多杀性巴氏杆菌,PCR方法分析其血清型为A型,对其进行耐药性分析,结果显示分离株对氨苄青霉素、头孢噻肟、恩诺沙星、多粘菌素敏感,对青霉素、链霉素、四环素、氟苯尼考高度耐受.本研究结果为鸡源多杀性巴氏杆菌的防治提供参考.
