Abstract
卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)进一步可发展为卵巢早衰(POF)[1-5],目前尚无有效可行的方法能促进受损卵巢功能的恢复.苏格木勒-7(苏-7)成分能够调节机体内分泌和性激素功能,故本试验探讨苏格木勒-7 对环磷酰胺(CTX)致卵巢功能低下大鼠卵巢功能保护作用的研究,为临床应用提供科学依据.
