Abstract
1病历资料 患者女,30岁,主因“不规则阴道流血50余天”收入吉林大学第二医院.平素月经规律,14 7/30,末次月经(LMP):2020年6月13日.既往2012年行人工流产术1次,2016年经阴道分娩1女婴.2020年7月15日出现不规则阴道流血,伴血块.因无恶心、呕吐等早孕反应,自认为月经来潮.2020年7月20日因“不规则阴道流血”于本院行妇科彩超提示“子宫大小5.8 cm×5.3 cm×5.5 cm,宫腔线清,内膜厚0.8 cm,宫壁回声不均,肌层见少量点状强回声,前壁见2.3 cm×1.5 cm略低反射区,界限欠清.
