肿瘤相关的研究复杂多样.白细胞介素-6(IL-6)是一种多效能细胞因子,信号转导及转录活化因子-3 (Stat3)是一种重要的核转录蛋白,IL-17是由T细胞产生的一种前炎症细胞因子,是T细胞诱导的炎症反应早期启动因素.近年来,多项研究显示IL-6、Stat3和IL-17与肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭、转移、凋亡及患者预后有关.本文通过综合探讨IL-6、Stat3和IL-17在肿瘤中的作用,为肿瘤预防、诊断及治疗提供理论依据.
