新冠肺炎的主要传染源为新型冠状病毒感染的患者,无症状感染者也可能成为传染源[1].我国目前紧急接种的新型冠状病毒灭活疫苗适用于18～59岁之间新型冠状病毒易感者,由县级以上地方人民政府卫生健康主管部门指 定接种单位,开设专门的新冠病毒疫苗接种门诊,各级疾病预防控制机构指导并管理疫苗,为指定接种单位进行疫苗配送,疫苗接种实行全民免费[2].
