Management of ovarian masses in postmenopausal women

Introduction: The discovery of an adnexal mass in the postmenopausal period is a common situation and concerns 15 to 20% of this population. The development of gynecological ultrasound and technical advances in medical imaging as well as advances in laparoscopic surgery have changed the management of these ovarian tumors.
