On positive steady-states for some reaction-diffusion system

We study positive steady-states for some reaction-diffusion systems with homogeneous Dirichlet boundary conditions. Our system consists of two diffusion equations whose interaction is governed by certain kinds of feedback effects. We obtain a necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of positive steady-states. Moreover we will study their uniqueness and stability properties. §
