摘要
Objective: The determination of the quality of roughage is often a problem for buyers. Physical analysis is simple but not reliable enough, chemical analysis is time consuming and costly. The aim of the study is to compare the results of some methods used in quality determination and to determine the deviations between them. Materials and Methods: In this research, two different legumes + grass mixture (vetch + triticale and italian grass + berseem clover) and 3 different roughage preservation methods (Haylaj1, Haylaj2, Silage0) were applied. Production and quality evaluations of these feeds were carried out in field and laboratory condition for 3 years. The feed samples obtained from the study were evaluated with 4 different methods as Fleig Score (FS), DLG Score, Relative Feed Value (FFV) and Relative Feed Quality (RFQ). Results and Conclusion: At the end of the study, all subjects were classified as “1st class according to Fleig Score and “good” according to DLG Score. In terms of Relative Feed Quality, all subjects are “medium and poor” class, and Relative Feed Value is based on Haylaj2 “2ndclass ”, Haylaj1 and Silage0 subjects “ 3rdclass ”.
