Decision Support System in the Production of Polymer Products

A structural model of information flows of the decision support system for managing the vulcanization process has been developed. A software and hardware complex for calculating the thermophysical characteristics of elastomeric composites has been created. A mathematical model of the distribution of temperature fields in multi-element products of complex configuration is synthesized, taking into account the dependence of the thermophysical properties of polymer compounds on temperature and composition. The software allows you to model the kinetics of non-isothermal vulcanization taking into account temperature fields in products of complex configuration. The decision support system includes a method for calculating the distribution of the degree of vulcanization in the elements of polymer composites, and also implements a method for determining the optimal temperature and time modes of the technological process for various multilayer structures. The system allows you to calculate the optimal control parameters and provide recommendations for managing the vulcanization process in non-stationary modes.
