Firm’s Performance and Its Determinant in Volkswagen Company in Manufactury Industry

The purpose of this study to examine the specific factors and macroeconomic factors that influence the firm’s performance of Volkswagen Group. The data was obtained from the annual report from the year 2013 to 2017 of Volkswagen Group. The study using linear regression or OLS to identify the relationship of the performance of Volkswagen and the independent variables (internal factor and macroeconomic factor). The study found that internal factor is significant to the performance which is operational margin and the macroeconomic factor are not influence the Volkswagen performance.
