Design and Test of a Slanting Multiplex Synthesis TE 02 Mode Input Coupler for Gyro-TWT

In this paper, a slanting multiplex synthesis TE02 mode input coupler for Gyro-TWT is presented. The simulation results show that from 89 GHz to 106 GHz the transmission coefficient of the input coupler is above -0.23 dB and the reflection coefficient is about -15 dB. The cold test results show from 89 GHz to 106 GHz the transmission coefficient of the input coupler is average -1.25 dB and the reflection coefficient is about -10 dB.
