La protección del Patrimonio Histórico Español a través de la normativa fiscal (The Protection of Spanish Historical Heritage Through Tax Regulations)

Spanish Abstract: En este trabajo se aborda el estudio de los beneficios fiscales contemplados en el sistema tributario estatal y en la normativa de los impuestos locales dirigidos de forma específica a la protección, difusión y acrecentamiento del Patrimonio Histórico Español. Se trata, en definitiva, de medidas de fomento de estos bienes culturales que tratan de compensar las cargas y deberes que respecto a los mismos han de soportar sus titulares.

English Abstract: This paper deals with the current tax benefits foreseen by the State tax system and the local tax system in order to foster the protection, the promotion and the enlargement of the Spanish cultural heritage. In short, it addresses the measures which intend to nurture this heritage with a view to alleviate the levies and duties the owners may bear.
