A New Method of Train Combined Positioning

Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing train positioning technology and the requirements of the new generation of train control system, a new train positioning method of rotation modulation dead reckoning/GPS combination is proposed. Based on the introduction of the relevant principles, the positioning method is derived in detail, and the vehicle experiments are carried out. The experimental results show that the new train positioning method based on rotation modulation dead reckoning/GPS combination proposed in this article meets the positioning accuracy requirements of the train on the medium density lines.
