摘要
•Atomic structure of three types of antiphase boundaries in Fe3O4 are determined by atom-resolved HAADF imaging.•Magnetic couplings across the antiphase boundaries are investigated by spin-polarized first-principles calculations.•The magnetic coupling modes of the antiphase boundaries are found to be closely related to the Fe-O-Fe bond angles across the boundaries.
