摘要
tively low level (≤40.8 ng/ml) of pleural fluid cytokeratin 19 fragment (CYFRA), persistent BAPEs, and maximum thickness of plaque ≥7mm. Also, plaque on diaphragmatic surface was mildly associated with DPT (p=0.207). There were 31 patients with complete dataset of the four factors. ROC of CYFRA revealed to have area under the curve (AUC) of 0.87(95% confidence interval (CI): 0.76-0.9). We also designed DPT score consisted of three factors other than CYFRA. Each factor adds 1 point to the score. Two points or more well predicted DPT (AUC: 0.77, 95% CI: 0.62-0.93). Conclusion: Pleural fluid CYFRA and DPT score are useful to predict DPT among BAPEs.
