P5‐150: COVID‐19 patients with a late diagnosis of HIV

antibody. Result: No cases were found that exceeded the antibody threshold prior to vaccination. Side effects were confirmed in 9 of 10 healthcare workers, all appearing within 2 days of vaccination and improving within 4 days. SP(Spike Protein) IgG exceeding the threshold was detected between 5 and 33 days after vaccination (12 days after the second vaccination). SPIgG exceeded the threshold in all 10 healthcare workers. SPIgM did not reach the threshold with three healthcare workers. The three had no or only mild cases of vaccine side effects. Conclusion: The SPIgG antibody exceeded the threshold even if there were no or slight side effects after vaccination with the new corona. The three healthcare workers who did not have elevated SPIgM had only mild side effects or no side effects.
