Abstract
•Older age, presence of comorbid conditions and advanced EDSS are the main risk factors for severe COVID-19 infection and hospitalization in NMOSD and MOGAD patients.•No significant effect of the type of DMTs used by the patients on the severity of the infection.•NMOSD and MOGAD patients had COVID-19 infection with similar severity to the turkish COVID-19 & MS cohort and the general population.•Young age and low comorbidity caused an overall mild course of COVID-19 infection in the turkish NMOSD and MOGAD population.
