Abstract
This paper presents an original mm-wave dual-mode grounded microstrip patch bandpass filter operating at 200 GHz and implemented on 55-nm BiCMOS technology. Two filters were designed and simulated on different metallic layers. The unloaded quality factor reaches 22 and 29, depending on the Back-End-Of-Line flexible height.
