A point-of-care test device for MRSA rapid detection

•We developed a device for rapid MRSA detection, which can detect two genes in SA or MRSA simultaneously for 30~40 min.•After simple sample processing, the mixture can be directly loaded onto the chip device.•The results can be directly determined by a color change, without special instrument. This device can be widely applied in many fields.
