In recent years, with the continuous development of Internet of Things technology, the number of connected devices has gradually increased, which has brought new challenges to wireless network security. Due to the device tolerances introduced in the manufacturing process of wireless devices, there are hardware differences between individual devices. The radio frequency fingerprint identification technology uses this physical layer hardware difference as the fingerprint feature between different devices to realize device identification. The hardware difference of the device is the main source of the radio frequency fingerprint of the wireless device. Therefore, this article analyzes the mechanism and influencing factors of the radio frequency fingerprint of the wireless device.
